Drawing on over 18 years in the fire service and 15+ years as a gym owner, Ryan understands both the unique demands of the job and the proven strategies that keep people healthy, strong, and resilient. This dual background makes him uniquely qualified to guide fire departments in building programs that work — not cookie-cutter solutions, but customized systems designed around the specific needs, culture, and resources of each department.
